Today's one minute exercise are lying triceps extensions. Lying on a weight bench or stability ball, make sure your feel are planted firmly on the ground, engage your abs so they are nice and tight.
Hold those dumbbells with arms stretched outing front of you. Make sure to bend from
Overhead triceps extensions. This is a great exercise for those hard to hit triceps. Make sure to keep those elbows close to your head. Concentrate on only bending from the "hinge" of the elbows.
