Door Bell Squats, I know it is a silly name, just think you are sitting on the couch, the doorbell rings and you start to get up to answer it. You are almost off the couch and then, your perfect child says "don't worry mom" I'll get it. (Yeah right) so you start to sit back down. Your daughter sees her favorite show on TV and stops dead in her tracks, so you have to start getting up again. Get the idea? It's up and down, up and down.

Stability Ball One Leg Squeeze Up - One Minute Exercises

The one leg squeeze up on the stability ball is a great exercise to hit those hard to reach glutes. It takes a lot of coordination and balance to do this exercise because you are pulling in all sorts of little stabalizer muscles to get the job done. If doing this on the ball is too challenging at first then place one foot on the floor and raise your other foot into the air.
