Ab Planks build your core strength from the inside out. They are a foundation AB movement. A lot of people jump in ad do a million crunches and then see no results or find it too hard. Because they are not building up their core strength first. To be able to do harder ab exercises you first need to have the strength to do them. You can practice regular AB Planks and Side Planks to build your AB foundation.
