Hey everyone, I have a surprise for you!! Today I am doing a South to North Crossover workout with my friend Kodjo from KojoWorkout.com.

4 Exercises done for 30 seconds each, then you are going to repeat the circuit 2 more times. We show you how it can be done by both men and woman and modified to any fitness level.
