What an exciting day to spend with John Hawley to shoot for Muscular Development.  We worked out and talked about the Fit & Fabulous Mom Contest.

All you need are a fitness outfit, an evening look and a great attitude to get on stage. This show is all about being a mom's and being fit, healthy and a role model for our daughters and other woman.
