12 Minute Standing Up Abs
We are going to do a STANDING UP AB ROUTINE. Some people don't want to get on the floor to work their ABS and guess what? You don't have to.
Do this routine once and it will take you 4 minutes, twice for 8 minutes and three times for 12 minute ABS. Do it everyday for a week and feel those ABS getting stronger. Remember consistency is the key.
A natural diet full of whole foods and exercise will help you reach your goals faster than crazy diets and packaged foods. Great ABS are made not only in the gym but in the kitchen!
Now lets go work them!!

I so love doing this workout, I have a bulging disc in my lower back so floor push ups don't work for me. This is perfect.
