  INGREDIENTS: 2 pieces of Ezekiel sprouted grain bread (or other sprouted bread) 1 avocado, mashed 2 slices tomat 2 slices yellow bell pepper 2 slices cucumber handfull of baby greens lettuce handfull of sprouts Cayenne pepper  Sprinkle the bread with cayenne pepper.
