Simple Eggs & Salsa

This is one of my favorite breakfasts or even a mid afternoon snack.

4 egg whites or 1/2 cup liquid egg whites

2 TBS Paul Newmans Pineapple Salsa.

Add eggs to pan and cook until just turning white, spoon in salsa, flip omlet over salsa, then flip whole omlet and finish cooking. Simple and easy.
