8 Minute AB Workout

You loved my 10 minute AB workout, this week try my 8 minute AB Workout and see how you do.

These are three of my favorite AB exercises. Do them once and then run through the series two more times.  I love to add these at the beginning of my workouts, because I am just too darn tired to do them at the end.

Not only will you work your abs but your shoulder strength too.

I had a little trouble with my sneakers matching…. Does this happen to you?
